All doctors, nurses and staff aim to provide a caring, high quality and comprehensive family practice.

Appointments

To allow for your choice of doctor we operate by appointment only. Please call the practice on 9525 5200 or book online here. Despite our best intentions we sometimes run late! This may be because someone has needed unexpected urgent attention. Be assured when it comes to your turn, the doctor will give your problem the time it deserves.

Appointments are usually made at 15 or 30 minute intervals, patients are asked to nominate how much time they think they will need with a doctor.

If more than one family member wishes to see the doctor, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each person. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please give at least 3 hours’ notice. Cancelation fees apply.

If you need a longer consultation (e.g. women’s health, pap smear, medical) please advise the receptionist at the time of booking and a long appointment will be given to you.

Please note that if you arrive late we will make every effort to see you, but we cannot run over time into the next scheduled appointment. As a result your appointment time may necessarily be shortened or rebooked.

Walk-in patients are triaged as appropriate. Nonurgent walk in patients are accepted if there is an available appointment, or scheduled to when there is
an appointment.
